Planning your child's birthday party is one of the biggest events you do all
year. It can be fun, but also nerve racking. By following just a few simple
steps, you can plan your child's birthday party hassle-free, and even have fun
doing it.
Instructions
Step 1 - Create a check list with everything you'll need to do to get ready for
the party.
Step 2 - Decide on how many children to invite. Although you'll want to invite
your child's closest friends, you don't want to be overwhelmed with a house full
of too many children.
Step 3 - Pick a theme for your child's party. Think about his favorite movies,
characters, sports teams, or books. Choose your theme to match something he
really loves.
Step 4 - Create or buy invitations, decorations and food ware based on the theme
of your child's party.
Step 5 - Plan the menu. You don't have to be a gourmet chef to host your child's
birthday party. Hamburgers and hot dogs work very well.
Step 6 - Bake or buy a birthday cake. If you order a cake, ask the decorator to
include a picture and colors to match your theme. If you make one, add colors
and toppers to match your theme.
Step 7 - Plan on games and activities to entertain your child and her friends.
